What does The Gordon Consultancy do?

1. We introduce you to good quality, honest builders

• We set up this company because we were frustrated with not being able to find good, honest builders who were fair and would deliver value for money
• Our builders work hard and deliver what is agreed
• We specialise in residential refurbishment projects (extensions & conversions) but can also help with smaller jobs
  

2. We offer to project manage the work you are doing

• We also wanted to give people the opportunity to have a proper project management experience
• We'll work with you on the brief, work with architects, oversee the building progress, keep pressure on all parties, come and show you samples, get approvals, pick up payment, coordinate third party workmen (BT, SKY, British Gas etc), give you daily updates with photos of development - basically take the pain out of the process
• We are flexible so if you want to manage the project yourselves - not a problem - but if you would like us to take all the hassle away from you - we would be happy to.
